Enoshima 2019 (November visit): Strong Matcha Ice Cream

As I proceeded along the shopping street on Enoshima one of the shops caught my attention. It was an ice cream shop, and I had seen many like it in Japan, but this one had a flavor I hadn’t tried yet. I’m always down for ice cream, so I stopped and bought a cone. The flavor I purchased was called “strong matcha” and the sign at the shop said that strong matcha ice cream had more than double the amount of matcha as regular matcha ice cream. My cone also came with a Hello Kitty cookie, which was a nice bonus. I can’t be certain just how much matcha was put in this ice cream but I liked it a lot.
