Hakodate 2019: Lucky Pierrot

My favorite fast-food restaurant in Hakodate is a burger chain called Lucky Pierrot. There are 17 Lucky Pierrot restaurants scattered across Hakodate and each of them have very distinctive interiors. On my arrival day in Hakodate I ate at the Marina Suehiro outlet (featured in my April 29th post) and before leaving Hakodate I got a second meal at the Jujigai Ginza outlet. As you can see from the photos above, the Jujigai Ginza Lucky Pierrot is Christmas-themed. For my meal I got the Chinese Chicker Burger and some cheese fries.

In 2017 I ate at two other Lucky Pierrot restaurants. The photos above are from the restaurant near Hakodate Station. I have this dumb life goal to one day eat at all 17 Lucky Pierrot restaurants. That probably will never happen but a man can dream.

The other Lucky Pierrot I dined at in 2017 was the Bay Area Main Shop. This one is circus-themed and is very close to the Marina Suehiro restaurant (it’s literally just down the street from it). The big clown billboard outside looks a little creepy at night but the food is as good as any Lucky Pierrot in the city.
