Jeonju 2019: Egg Drop

While in Jeonju I got a meal from a restaurant called Egg Drop. I had first seen an Egg Drop outlet in Seoul near the Bukchon Hanok Village and had thought about trying it at the time but I ended up moving on to do more sightseeing around the city. When I came across the Egg Drop in Jeonju I figured I should go ahead and eat there since I had previously skipped over it. The basic idea of Egg Drop is that they take a really thick piece of toast and then stuff it with various ingredients. My sandwich had bacon, egg, and cheese in it and was very tasty. If I remember correctly, it was called the Bacon Double Cheese Sandwich on the menu.
